Rob Killen is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Behavior Change Specialist, Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Life Coach, and Career Transitions Coach. Rob works with his clients from the inside out to change their mindsets, behaviors, and bodies. 

Rob has spent over thirty years in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and professions – including athletes, military leaders, sales managers, business owners, educators, stay-at-home moms, and pastors. Despite the different backgrounds of his clients, Rob observed over the years that the same key areas either help people reach their goals and improve their well-being or keep them mired in mediocrity, stealing their peace and happiness. Rob’s experiences led him to develop the Peace Benefits Dimension of Wellness Model. 

Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Wayland Baptist University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from George Mason University. Rob got his professional start by serving his country in the United States Air Force, where he trained pilots, military personnel, and their families in exercise and healthy nutrition.
